ORDERING
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and received within the time frame advertised, please make sure to enter the following when placing an order:
- Correct Lengths
- Correct Address (including Apt/Suite #)
- Correct Email
- Proper Punctuation
Tae Chi Hair cannot take responsibility for incorrect information.
BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.
If you plan on canceling your order, you must cancel your order within 12 hours of submitting your order. If you would like to make changes to your order, please email us at contact@taechihair.com and we will do our best to accommodate any reasonable request.
SHIPPING
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Tae Chi Hair.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If the tracking says the package was delivered but you did not get it, you must contact USPS or your local post office to rectify the situation. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you are unsure if your package will be delivered properly, contact the post office and schedule a time to pick up your package.
TRACKING
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service. It is important to provide the correct address because we ship to whatever address is provided in the order. We do not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered or refused.

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped.
Shipping is currently 3-7 business days. We do not currently offer express delivery. All orders are standard shipping at this time. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday only. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, you can possibly experience 24-48 hour delay with your order. If you are planning to order for a special occasion, please consider ordering at least two weeks prior to ensure your products arrive on time.
We do not process orders that are flagged as high risk of fraud. If your order is flagged, we will attempt to reach out to you for additional information, if it is not received, the order will be refunded.
This is just an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow time for your tracking to update. We do have cases where the tracking may not update but will still arrive on time.
We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
We are more than happy to offer returns or exchanges on unopened hair extensions within TEN (10) calendar days of receiving the order. The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.
